Business Transformation Intern- Fall 2026

Responsibilities

• Learn the duties of the Business Transformation team.
• Aid in process mapping activities across all Grow Financial business units.
• Document, gather data, and analyze data in multiple systems.
• Assist with other Business Transformation projects.
• Collaborate frequently with other areas of the credit union.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
• One year prior work experience required.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Visio or other visualization tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
• Able to work independently and learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands

• Able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Able to read, write, speak, and type English.
• Able to hear and use a telephone.
• Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

Work Environment

• Full-time remote position with the option to work from HQ or retail locations.
• Must be able and willing to collaborate on camera via Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx.
• Standard Business hours are 8:00am- 5:00pm, Monday- Friday.
• Interns will have flexibility around school schedules.
