The Role

Responsibilities
- Understand and influence enterprise-wide and business-specific strategies
- Reimagine business capabilities and processes to enable the implementation of these strategies
- Work closely with senior management and subject matter experts across Business, Technology, Operations, etc.
- Lead current-state analysis and strategic future-state reimagination of businesses, capabilities and process in support of DTCC’s multi-year modernization efforts
- Apply analytical approach to tackle “ill structured” problems and justify recommendations
- Identify opportunities to develop cross-business capabilities
- Identify opportunities to use business automation tools (e.g., robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence) to improve businesses and processes
- Create effective working relationships with team members, business teams, and key subject matter experts
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior
- Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in strategic and/or analytical roles and working with people in multi-functional teams
- Experience in product strategy and product development is a plus
- Understanding of banking / capital markets
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations

Schedule
- A flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee)
