Ai Enablement, Financial Reporting Initiatives & Project Management

Supports AI enablement initiatives and adherence to enterprise frameworks, procedures, and standards related to AI-enabled tools and business processes.

Partners with business leaders, technology teams, and risk partners to support AI governance, adoption, and operational alignment.

Serves as a key partner in supporting operational priorities across Finance, including financial reporting, close, controls, data, reconciliation, and process improvement workstreams.

  • Identifies, tracks, and escalates key risks, issues, dependencies, reporting impacts, and operational considerations.
  • Maintains accurate and timely project documentation.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, define deliverables, monitor progress, and drive accountability across initiatives.
  • Utilizes tools to maintain visibility into workstreams and support reporting needs.
  • Supports governance activities, leadership reporting, and execution follow-through.

Operational Improvement & Innovation

Identifies opportunities to improve financial reporting processes, operational efficiency, communication, and workflows through optimization, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

  • Evaluates business challenges by identifying process pain points, root causes, and stakeholder impacts.
  • Supports AI engagement, communication, training, and educational initiatives.
  • Gathers feedback, metrics, and business insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Researches emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Recommends improvements to reporting, tracking, documentation, reconciliation, and workflow processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

Supports Partners with Finance leaders, business owners, project teams, and stakeholders.

  • Buils strong working relationships across stakeholder groups to enable collaboration, transparency, and alignment.
  • Facilitates meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
  • Develops executive presentations, communications, and briefing materials.
  • Serves as a central point of coordination across stakeholders and initiatives.

Finance Department & Organizational Support

Operates as a highly flexible and collaborative member of the Finance organization.

  • Contributes across financial reporting, controllership, operations, technology enablement, process governance, and transformation efforts.
  • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, sound judgment, and a proactive approach.
  • Applies organizational policies, procedures, and risk management principles.
  • Maintains awareness of Finance priorities, enterprise initiatives, regulatory considerations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Operational improvement, process optimization, change management, and organizational effectiveness concepts.
  • AI-enabled tools, automation capabilities, and emerging technologies.
  • Business operations, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting practices.
  • Risk management principles, governance frameworks, internal controls, and reporting controls preferred.
  • Financial reporting, accounting operations, close processes, financial services operations, products, and regulatory environments preferred.
  • Data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting concepts preferred.
