Business Teacher (Postsecondary – AI Training)

We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise and real-world business knowledge will directly influence how AI systems understand, reason about, and explain core business concepts — making a meaningful impact on one of the most rapidly evolving technologies in the world.

Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
• Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and edge cases
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
• Able to clearly articulate and evaluate business reasoning in written form
• Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing structured content at scale
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Skills

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (nice to have)
• Applied industry or consulting experience alongside your teaching background (nice to have)
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows (nice to have)
