Business Teacher (Postsecondary – AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI understands and communicates core business concepts — from strategy and management to operations and finance. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world teaching experience becomes a powerful tool for improving AI systems used by millions.

What You'll Do

• Design and review business questions, case studies, and scenarios used in AI training
• Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance of AI-generated business content
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
• Apply your real-world teaching experience to validate scenarios and identify edge cases
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
• Detail-oriented with the ability to provide constructive, structured feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Industry or applied business experience alongside your teaching background
• Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
