Business Systems Associate

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Business Systems Associate to join our technology team. The role is based out of our Surgical Product Solutions subsidiary and supports every subsidiary under the Mojo Medical umbrella.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with a business or ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, Dynamics, or similar), or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Prior experience in a technical or systems-focused role — for example IT support, business or systems analyst, ERP administration, data analysis, QA, or similar.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including comfort with Excel.
• Proven track record of being detail-oriented, having problem solving skills, being business-minded, working with projects, being a team player, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to write clear documentation and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
