Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and create analytics to track compliance and the project
- Create dashboards and generate ad-hoc reports using Tableau to promote business insights and trend analysis
- Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations
- Support production and non-production environments triaging defects, reporting, and using ALM
- Perform Lean process improvement and Data Visualization through analytical skills
- Use Jira to track user stories, defects, and technical debt
- Execute aspects of Product Management, Research, and Engineering including software pilots, prototypes, and proof of concepts/technology (POCs and POTs)
- Test old and new systems through sampling, modeling, and soliciting feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any)
- 6 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation
