Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with at least 3 years in a clinical laboratory environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Deep experience with LIMS platforms, laboratory workflows, and instrument integration patterns.

  • Understanding of software development concepts including RESTful APIs, JSON, relational databases, HL7 messaging, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting clinical laboratories including CAP/CLIA, HIPAA, SOX, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive benefits with a variety of HMO and PPO options.
  • Company 401k match and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
  • Tuition reimbursement and leadership development programs.
  • 16 days of paid time off plus holidays to start.
