Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business applications, business systems, automation, or a related technology role.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a willingness to learn.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM, Power Platform, workflow automation, or similar technology is highly preferred.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and AI, with experience using AI tools in your work or personal life.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and support CRM applications, forms, workflows, and business solutions.
• Build and troubleshoot automation using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI platforms.
• Translate business needs and requirements into practical, tested technology solutions.
• Explore emerging technologies and AI tools to improve processes, reduce manual work, and drive efficiency.

Pay

Salary: $65,000-$70,000
