Business Systems Analyst Infrastructure Services

Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days a week onsite. Tentative start date: 09/03/2026.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience supporting Infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in areas such as Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP Telecommunications, or Service Center teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze current business processes and systems.
• Design solutions and write technical requirements.
• Test and implement technology solutions.
• Support projects involving Infrastructure, Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP Telecommunications, or Service Center teams.
• Multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience working on Infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including identification of issues, obstacles, and opportunities, and development and implementation of effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work hybrid (minimum 2 days a week onsite).
