Business Systems Analyst II (Bank Ops)
About the role
The Electronic Payment Operations team partners with business unit stakeholders and technical staff to identify business system solutions for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. Within the Electronic Payment Operations environment, this team interacts with 3rd party vendors and internal partners to understand what the line of business needs and works with vendors to develop and implement those software needs.
Responsibilities
- Implement, test, and train internal partners with updated or new software for the core ACH and Wire payment systems.
- Handle communication and project management for updating software within the Electronic Payments Operations group of systems.
- Aid with process improvement and conversions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Business Systems Analysis or ACH operations experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills to determine what action needs to be taken to ensure software is operating smoothly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to make a positive experience for external partners and internal partners.
- Attention to detail to ensure correct information is utilized across all responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Legal authority to work in the United States.
Skills
- Possess PEP+ system knowledge (bonus point).

Pay
Compensation ranges from $62,310 - $90,760 for US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York. For US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin, the range is $56,890 - $83,080. For US Employees in all other states not listed above, the range is $51,480 - $75,410.
Schedule
This role is hybrid (Mon through Thu on-site / Fri remote) for candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area and open to qualified remote candidates outside of the Kansas City area. However, the remote location must be within the US.
