Job Title: Business Systems Analyst II Location: Columbus, IN Job Type: W2 Contract Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week Schedule: On-site (M-F) Pay Range: $31-35 per hour Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst to support reporting, data management, platform transition, and operational efficiency initiatives. This role will help improve the reliability, usability, and scalability of data and reporting across philanthropy-related systems and business processes including employee volunteering, corporate giving, and employee donations. The contractor will work with business stakeholders, regional teams, platform owners, and analytics teams to support data-driven decision-making and improve existing reporting and data workflows. Key Responsibilities Support the United Way active campaign operational tasks including data organization, validation, processing, collaborate with vendor and internal teams, generate reports for funds disbursement and matching programSupport transition and migration of employee donations program into third party application, including historical data validation and analysisSupport initiatives to reduce manual Excel-based processes and improve data automationManage Power BI for reporting development, updates, enhancements, and stakeholder requestsSupport master data improvements, including collaboration with IT, regional teams and integration with existing data modelsAssist with data governance and access management for reporting models and data lake assets Required Skills & Experience Strong Power BI and data modeling experienceWorking knowledge of SQL, data integration, and reporting processesExperience supporting data quality, governance, or master data initiativesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with philanthropy, giving, pledging, or grants-related platformsFamiliarity with HR data, enterprise data lakes, or cloud-based data environmentsExperience working with cross-functional or global teams Success Measures Reliable and timely reporting updatesImproved data quality and consistencySuccessful support of third-party transition activitiesReduced reliance on manual reporting processesStrong stakeholder collaboration and issue resolution #INDOEM
