Business Systems Analyst

About the role

Partner with business and IT teams to define, document, and manage requirements for SaaS applications, workflow design, data integration, and custom development. Ensure clear communication and maintenance of requirements and process changes to support delivery timelines and future enhancements. Support multiple deliverables across strategic initiatives, including MDM configuration, screen and workstation setup, and workflow design. Assist with data integration between applications, leveraging understanding of data mapping and file formats. Document business requirements accurately and communicate changes effectively across multiple systems as custom code and products evolve. Bridge business domains and underlying systems, ensuring alignment as enhancements are introduced.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in the healthcare payer industry.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to capture, assess, and refine processes.
• Experience interacting with development teams to provide requirements and specifications.
• Capability to identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements.

Skills

• Skill in documenting and developing high-level business processes, requirements, and design documents.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (e.g., Reltio) configuration and workflow is a plus.
