About the role
As a member of the Epsilon Data Team, you will work in a group that emphasizes efficiency, compliance, standards, situational awareness, and readiness. - Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
- Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Document processes to ensure continuity, education, and security of systems.
- Implement and test new programs to create cost-efficient systems, new products, or additional data capacity.
- Provide consultation to users on developed systems.
- Offer technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
- Configure system settings and options; plan and complete unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and build specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
- Communicate issues to stakeholders effectively and in a timely fashion.
- Write Jira User Stories related to TSP data enhancements for each release cycle.
Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data and partner input to develop well-reasoned recommendations and sound courses of action in ambiguous or evolving situations.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear, complete, and actionable requirements, specifications, and documentation.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance the initial evaluation and analysis of incoming project requests, accelerating solution ideation, improving requirements quality, and reducing ambiguity; familiarity with Cursor is a plus.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and serve as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT, developers, and external partners.
- Apply strong problem-solving judgment and analytical thinking to support business and project teams.
- Manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong organization, attention to detail, and personal accountability.
- Work independently and collaboratively with initiative and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Project Management or BSA role.
- A proven ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution, translating product vision into clear requirements that developers can implement and clients can adopt successfully.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience designing practical, cost-effective automated solutions for complex business challenges.
- Hands-on technical credibility – comfort with configuring systems, driving testing through release, and supporting users on live solutions.
- Disciplined ownership of TSP data quality, with a track record of identifying anomalies, driving resolution, and delivering well-defined enhancements through Agile release cycles.
