Business Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team. This person will help support our various applications (Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 BC, OneStream) and reporting systems in a hybrid work environment (work from home Fridays) based in the Houston, Texas Galleria area. Must be local to Houston.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Business Central support resource across core business functions
• Troubleshoot system issues related to transactions, configurations, permission sets, and workflows
• Optimize processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory/warehouse operations
• Configure and enhance Business Central (reports, workflows, pages, queries, role centers)
• Partner with internal teams and developers on enhancements and release readiness
• Gather requirements, support testing/UAT, and ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Strong functional knowledge across finance, supply chain, and operations
• Experience supporting users in a fast-paced ERP environment
• Working knowledge of AL, extensions, and upgrade-safe customization practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Jet Reporting knowledge or experience
• Binary Stream - Multi-Entity Management experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Information Science
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Knowledge and experience in Dynamics Business Central
• Experience in ERP implementation, administration, and support
• Operational Data Warehouse experience a plus
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Must demonstrate basic knowledge or expertise in the following technology disciplines: Servers, Desktop/Laptop/Workstation Computing, Networking, Security, Programming, and/or IT Operations
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
• Willing to learn new systems and technology

Pay

$95,000+
