About the role

The Business Systems & AI Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level systems that integrate artificial intelligence solutions to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-driven systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement in current systems.
• Train and support end-users in the effective use of new AI technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI and/or machine learning development.
• Experience with Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP).
• Good understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
