Business System Analyst Lead, Remote

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Business System Analyst Lead to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support of complex business systems that enable critical order-to-cash and pricing processes. The position partners closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, while serving as a key subject-matter expert for SAP Sales and Distribution. In this remote role, you will help guide project delivery, strengthen data integrity, and support process improvements across integrated enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support of complex business systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional and technical requirements.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for SAP Sales and Distribution and related processes.
• Manage projects from concept to implementation, including scope and stakeholder communication.
• Enhance methods and procedures to meet complex business requirements while ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and ensure proper documentation of results and defects.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution expertise, particularly in Order-to-Cash and pricing.
• Experience with third-party ordering system integration and SAP finance integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Pay

$103,800 – $139,200 annually
