Responsibilities

  • Own the Opportunity lifecycle design in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and user trust
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on forecasting and pipeline inspection aligned with actual business processes
  • Systemize the representation and crediting of the sales team in partnership with RevOps
  • Integrate the sales methodology in Salesforce, translating frameworks into actionable fields and guidance
  • Manage account planning and whitespace initiatives as part of the sales operation
  • Serve as the data-model steward for Opportunity and manage changes and integrations
  • Build declarative solutions in Salesforce and provide ready-to-use specs for developers
  • Bridge adjacent domains ensuring a seamless seller experience from quote-to-cash and lead handoff
  • Evaluate tools for improving in-pipeline work and run adoption measurement for new initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in GTM/Revenue systems as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent with ownership of Opportunity, pipeline, and forecasting domains
  • Strong credibility with sales leaders, understanding pipeline dynamics like coverage and conversion
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, capable of building solutions and drafting clear specifications for developers
  • Excellent communication skills across varied stakeholders including sellers, sales leaders, and engineers
