Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Support system implementations, integrations, and enhancements
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Cook up UAT, track defects, and validate system changes
- Act as liaison between business teams, developers, and vendors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business systems analysis, business analysis, or related experience
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
