What You'll Be Doing
- Works with functional leaders, IT, and project teams to create Oracle Cloud Solutions with a creative mind and innovative focus.
- Coincides and manages cross-functional solution dependencies across all Oracle Cloud modules.
- Scopes and Architect functional solutions for customers, conducts requirements gathering sessions, and creates documentation.
- Aides end-to-end testing development and execution.
- Collaborates with communications and training teams to ensure Oracle Cloud modules updates are organized, well-understood, and professionally delivered.
- Champions and leads an exceptional customer experience, using customer insights to identify and exceed customer needs.
What You'll Need For Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, computer science or related field (MBA or Masters preferred)
- Understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong competence in capturing and documenting business requirements
- Passionate approach to serving customers
