Business Support, Intern

Role Description

JLL is looking for qualified interns to join our summer internship program. During the internship, the intern would assist with the following:

• Supporting the vendor onboarding process
• Drafting JLL-vendor contracts for execution
• Working with vendors to obtain and review data for Supplier Business Reviews
• Conducting risk assessment on vendors, identifying any trends that may impact operations
• Utilizing JLL and Supply Chain systems to obtain and analyze data for actionable insights
• Critically reviewing Supply Chain processes to identify simplification or process improvements

Qualifications

• Skills Required: Analytical Thinking, Communication, Critical Thinking, Oral Communications, Writing
• Qualifications: Current undergraduate students majoring in supply chain management, or any business related majors. Ability to think and work independently. Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented. Strong analytical skills. Interest in analyzing data. Able to think critically and problem solve. Strong knowledge of PC, Windows, Internet applications. Word and Excel is a must. Adept to learning new programs.
