Maintenance Planning
- Build and deploy preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Design dashboards and self-service reports utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Reports Module.
- Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Use key performance measures to find areas of improvement for efficiency and provide recommendations.
- Ensure strict configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents.
- Prepare and facilitate corporate real estate maintenance plan training.
Other Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage work request queues for telecommuters; re-route requests accordingly.
- Monitor move/add/change integration error reports; route requests accordingly and report any significant integration issues affecting service delivery times.
- Absorb and assist maintenance teams with configuring, loading, and decommissioning equipment assets in the CMMS system, associating equipment assets with schedules, and creating or modifying maintenance procedures.

Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
- 3+ years of Experience in Equipment Maintenance Operations.
- 3+ years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Software Systems (CMMS).
- Preference for Corrigo.
Pay & Schedule
This position is expected to be 100% onsite in the Dallas Ft. Worth area or Phoenix, AZ.
