About the role
The Clinical Transformation Analyst/Senior Analyst supports the development of DaVita’s integrated care strategy and prepares the organization for a shift to value-based care. This role involves working on a team of highly-motivated individuals with diverse backgrounds and responsibilities, including strategy development, process improvement, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Supports strategic initiatives for the Clinical Transformation team, including hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and business recommendations.
- Helps build consensus for best demonstrated practices across several stakeholders.
- Develops clinical and operational process flows to best care for our patients.
- Creates new field-facing tools, leader and teammate training, and reports.
- Collaborates with teams across the enterprise to enable rollout of new clinical programs.
- Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis.
- Dissolves complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories.
- Develops, scopes, and automates regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses around IKC model of care.
- Integrates disparate data sets, conducts exploratory analysis, and produces actionable insights for clinical intervention.
- Works collaboratively with data analysts, clinicians, and operators to identify opportunities to add value through advanced analytics.
- Enhances data visualization capabilities to communicate findings from complex analyses.
- Sets milestones and adheres to tight project deadlines.
- Develops metrics to track success and meet deadlines.
- Escalates any concerns with executing on project plan.
- Travels approximately 5% of the time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking, or a corporate strategy role preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change.
Additional Skills
- Experience with value-based care, end-of-life care, healthcare administration, or healthcare quality.
- Advanced Excel skillset.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills.
- Possesses the ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities to deliver results.
