Business Strategy Analyst Lead

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discussions to inform business strategies based on data analysis
• Identify and refine key business assumptions related to strategy
• Development and oversight of analytical frameworks to address business queries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to derive critical insights on Profit & Loss performance and member experience
• Apply analytical rigor to improve prioritization and decision-making in line with strategic goals
• Drive agreement on strategy through expert influence and communication
• Guide and mentor team members and oversee training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of data/analytics or strategy consulting experience, with a mix of leadership involvement
• Experience in developing strategic plans from qualitative and quantitative insights
• Ability to work with leadership to enhance business strategies through analytics
• Strong track record in influencing business decisions
• Experience leading complex data analysis using tools like Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL

Pay

$127,310 – $243,340 annually
