Business Strategy Advisor

About the role

Provides leadership in the evaluation of strategic objectives, formulation of strategic direction, and influences/supports decision making based on assessment of business trends and data analytics. Responsible for execution, portfolio leadership and management of the Fraud Prevention & Transportation Returns Management organization. This role will play a key role in advancing the business strategy, commercial narrative and product roadmap to solve customer problems related to fraud management and reverse logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in evaluating strategic objectives and formulating strategic direction.
• Influence and support decision‑making based on assessment of business trends and data analytics.
• Lead execution, portfolio leadership, and management of the Fraud Prevention & Transportation Returns Management organization.
• Advance business strategy, commercial narrative, and product roadmap to solve customer problems related to fraud management and reverse logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study.
• Minimum six (6) years of related work experience.
• Experience in strategy development, competitive, customer, and industry analysis, market research, analysis of product performance, and support of corporate development/strategic value assessment activities.
• Experience supporting transformational strategic assessments.
• A related Master’s Degree may substitute for two (2) years of experience.

Pay

Salary grade E27. Monthly ranges: Memphis, TN – $7,488.36 to $12,355.79; Plano, TX – $7,882.48 to $13,006.09; Pittsburgh, PA – $7,882.48 to $13,006.09.

Schedule

Hybrid position located in Memphis, TN; Plano, TX; or Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location and will be required to work at the FedEx campus several times per week. Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
