Role Responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts based on real-world small business scenarios.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots and evaluate their responses.
• Compare AI outputs for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and relevance.
• Evaluate scenarios related to marketing, daily operations, customer management, market research, and financial planning.
• Use spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other business documents during evaluations.
• Provide structured feedback and submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a small business owner or strong understanding of small business operations.
• Strong understanding of business operations, customer management, marketing, market research, and financial planning.
• Business-related documents available in English.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfortable interacting with AI tools and following structured evaluation guidelines.
