Business Sr. Project Manager (100157)

Job Purpose

This position is essential for driving growth initiatives through conducting data analysis, developing presentations, formulating project plans and schedules, and orchestrating multi-team coordination to ensure the effective support and implementation of existing business development projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes performance data, identifies potential business enhancements, and presents findings to aid in strategic planning efforts.
• Fosters collaboration and provides support to achieve growth objectives and ensure long-term sustainability for the Business.

Qualifications, Experience, And Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in all MS Office applications including Project, Excel and PowerPoint, with especially strong skills in Project
• 5 years of applied experience
• Comprehensive expertise in project management, result tracking, and the formulation of recovery plans and countermeasures
• Knowledge of Honda SED processes and Powersports and Power Equipment products
• Proven track record of effectively fostering collaboration and teamwork within internal and external teams
• Strong analytical, written/oral communication, and presentation skills
