About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Solutions Specialist to develop and optimize legal document automation and workflow systems. The role combines knowledge of civil litigation with hands-on experience in templates, workflows, rules, and system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic legal document templates in Cogent.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot workflow rules, action sets, and conditional logic.
• Develop legal pleadings and forms while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Create SOPs and workflow documentation.
• Collaborate with litigation teams to improve legal processes and automation.

Requirements

• Understanding of civil procedure and litigation documents.
• Experience with document automation, dynamic templates, or workflow systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Legal operations, legal tech, or law firm experience preferred.
• Cogent experience is a strong plus.
