Business Solutions & Data Analytics Intern

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver insights to business stakeholders
• Aid in writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various systems
• Utilize Python (or similar tools) to perform data analysis, automation, and data preparation tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Help clean, validate, and organize large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Contribute to exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Support ongoing projects related to data modeling, reporting enhancement, and process improvement
• Assist in evaluating and applying emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve business efficiency and decision-making
• Document processes, workflows, and solutions to support knowledge sharing across the team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Exposure to programming languages such as Python and SQL required
• Familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high levels of data accuracy
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them in a business environment, including AI-related tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation

The pay for this internship is $24.00 – $25.00 per hour.
