Responsibilities
- Recommend financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
- Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend alternative or additional financial services that best align with the client's unique priorities.
- Connect with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities, conducting consistent follow-up routines to meet client needs.
- Make decisions on client requests and referrals to appropriate internal partners based on client needs.
- Partner with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to financial center associates during meetings to assist with team delivery of an exceptional client experience.
- Balance sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by leveraging specialized expertise.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
- Effective customer service skills with the ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution.
- Proven sales track record.
- Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
- Experience with outbound phone sales.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary school education.
