You'll serve as a key point of contact across all organizational levels, including the C-suite and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring conference rooms, meeting spaces, and facilities remain safe, functional, and professionally presented. What your day-to-day will look like

Business Services Workplace

  • Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and resetting conference rooms and meeting spaces to support business meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
  • Duties include arranging tables and chairs according to room layouts and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of meeting spaces.
  • Captures and coordinates with facilities and event organizers to meet room setup requirements, responds promptly to setting up changes and maintenance requests and ensures that all rooms are safe, organized, and ready for use.

Facilities Maintenance Technician

  • Performs general maintenance, repairs, and facility support activities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment.
  • Performs routine repairs, equipment installations, furniture assembly, minor carpentry, painting, and facility upkeep tasks.
  • Responds to maintenance requests, troubleshoots issues, maintains tools and materials, and works with internal teams and contractors to support efficient facility operations.

Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant office support or facilities experience.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role, ideally within a facilities management or corporate environment.
  • Basic handyman or maintenance experience (e.g., carpentry, light repairs, electrical, or plumbing knowledge).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with work order or facility management systems (e.g., Corrigo or similar) is advantageous.
  • Health & Safety or trade-related certifications desirable (e.g., First Aid, Electrical Safety, Fire Warden).
