Business Relationship Manager, Sr

About the role

This role will serve as a trusted advisor, building strong partnerships across clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in support of technology services delivery. The position will focus on understanding client needs, shaping appropriate solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through responsive communication and issue resolution. It will also support strategic planning for growth and help bridge communication between the company and public sector agency partners.

Location

Remote — US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation

$102,000 – $138,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
• Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions
• Provide comprehensive consultations to guide client decisions
• Bridge communication gaps between the company and Commonwealth of Virginia agencies
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Contribute to strategic planning for program growth
• Lead meetings and present to various audiences

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer success, supply chain, vendor relations, or account management in IT
• Strong relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of information security and cybersecurity services
• State and local government experience is a plus
