Business Reform Lead Analyst

About the role

The Business Reform Lead Analyst will serve as the Senior Business Reform expert at the Department of Navy’s Business Operations Service Support requirement.

Responsibilities

• Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to governance, program management, and planning
• Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to business reform and organizational change management
• Fifteen or more years of experience in business reform and/or organizational change management
• Five or more years of professional experience working with DON, DoD, or similar-sized government agency

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) or more years of senior level experience in government or private industry, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 or more years of senior level experience
• Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance
