About the role
The Business Reform Lead Analyst will serve as the Senior Business Reform expert at the Department of Navy’s Business Operations Service Support requirement.Responsibilities
- Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to governance, program management, and planning
- Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to business reform and organizational change management
- Fifteen or more years of experience in business reform and/or organizational change management
- Five or more years of professional experience working with DON, DoD, or similar-sized government agency
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) or more years of senior level experience in government or private industry, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 or more years of senior level experience
- Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance
