About the role
As a part of the Partner Operations Specialists (POps) Products, you will deliver talent and career solutions for Google employees, managers and leaders, equipping Google to lead in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) era and beyond. You will deliver Critical User Journeys, attract top talent, tap into organizational agility and have a total talent view paramount to building an extraordinary mission-first Google.
Responsibilities
- Define the business product goal, success metrics, and strategy for AI-powered and non-tech High-Performance Computing (HPC) products across multiple user roles.
- Deliver key strategic artifacts Business Requirements Document (BRDs) by leveraging continuous discovery and human-centered design to translate problems into intuitive user journeys.
- Build, test, and evolve high-potential AI prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions tailored for a global, cross-functional workforce.
- Oversee products from ideation through implementation, managing stage-gate requirements, ensuring launch readiness, and driving rapid strategy pivots based on user data.
- Cultivate strong ecosystem partnerships (Product Management (PM), User Experience (UX) and Engineering (Eng)) while serving as a trusted advisor to influence executive leadership on critical design and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, Business Administration, HR Strategy, Talent Management, or Management consulting with working across HR and Product teams on programs.
- Experience building Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered tools for employees or consumers, with experience in applying AI to product development.
- Experience in managing and developing end-to-end products from ideation to implementation, tracking and reporting out on success metrics, and driving improvement.
- Experience with product lifecycle and product development best practices, and with translating user insights into product requirements or digital solutions.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working with critical user journeys with a focus on identifying, addressing, and enabling the unique needs of different user personas (e.g., leaders, new managers, experienced managers, Googlers, frontline HR).
- Familiar with People Operations (POps) product life-cycle and driving results from pilot stage to scaled execution.
- Technical acumen with experience working with engineering or operations teams.
- Deep understanding of key performance trends, internally and externally.
- Adept at pivoting strategies and requirements based on user insights and rapidly evolving technical capabilities.
- Able to influence as part of cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and influencing design and product decisions.

Pay
US: $211000 - $294000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
