Responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate, and improve business processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, organizing, and implementing strategic business and technology initiatives.
- Support Agile development teams by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and solution delivery.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile Development environment. 5+ strong technical skills in the use of data management and visualization software (PowerBI experience strongly preferred). Experience with deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations. 5+ years’ experience in leading a team, demonstrating the ability to plan, organize, and implement significant strategic initiatives. Must have a Secret clearance.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Pay & Benefits
