Business Process Manager

About the role

Dezign Concepts is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to support the management of information and business workflows for internal and external engagement. The successful candidate will analyze business functions, maintain and evolve process flows, and help advance business applications and data-management solutions supporting a wide range of operational needs.

Location: WMA, Salary: Up to $150K, Clearance: Active Top Secret with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Analyze business functions and maintain associated process flows
• Manage and evolve organizational business workflows to support changing operational and mission needs
• Support information and business workflows used for internal and external engagement
• Engage with local technical teams and stakeholders to identify process shortfalls and recommend effective solutions
• Participate in business-tool development cycles and champion Sponsor development efforts
• Support the implementation of business applications and data-management solutions
• Help evolve customer information systems and processes to meet emerging mission needs

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing and evolving organizational business flows
• Experience analyzing business functions and maintaining process flows
• Experience supporting information and business workflows for internal and external engagement
• Experience participating in business-tool development cycles and supporting development efforts
• Experience evolving customer information systems or processes to meet emerging mission needs
• Ability and willingness to travel worldwide to low-risk environments as mission needs require

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting overseas operational environments or globally distributed teams and workflows (highly desired)
