Business Platform Solutions Lead /Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions leveraging Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Administer the Commonwealth’s Adobe Management Platform including AdobeSign.
• Provide strong leadership to a technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide technical expertise as SME with agency onboarding and questions about platform services, including implementation, and utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to optimize business processes.
• Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of cloud specialists.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Box, UIPath, Azure Cloud, AI, Power Automate, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and cloud platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform systems with the support and assistance of our Service Partners.
• Identify areas and opportunities for improvement in existing services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years in a lead or management capacity.
• Proven experience in implementing and administering automation solutions using tools like Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Management Platform, specifically AdobeSign.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, including familiarity with Azure Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
