Type: Short-Term Contractor Assignment (16 Weeks) | Compensation: $13 per hour | Location: Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a contractor with small business ownership experience to evaluate AI chatbot responses in realistic business scenarios. This role involves interacting with multiple AI tools, assessing their outputs, and providing structured feedback to improve AI performance for small business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts based on day-to-day small business scenarios.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots and evaluate their responses.
• Compare AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and usefulness.
• Provide structured feedback and submit evaluation results.
• Use business documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other files during evaluations.
• Complete assigned project tasks while following evaluation guidelines.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a small business owner or managing business operations.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day business workflows, customer management, and financial planning.
• Business-related documents available in English for evaluation tasks.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and following structured evaluation guidelines.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlap with PST.

Schedule

• Up to 40 hours per week for 16 weeks.
• Must maintain 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Pay

$13 per hour
