About the role

Contribute to the development of sustainable solutions that advance Technology, Delivery, and Operations (TDO) Supplier and Financial management processes by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, utilizing strong analytics and data-driven problem-solving skills. Serve as the relationship manager for internal or external supplier relationships, including offshore services. Handle matters relating to supplier management processes including sourcing engagement, contract administration, process management, and relationship financial and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Independently work on day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify, design, and implement improvements in operational workflows through technology and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
  • Independently analyze performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements and provide process improvement suggestions to senior professionals.
  • Assist with integrating innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
  • Communicate operational status, risks, and improvement plans to stakeholders and leadership.
  • When applicable, manage supplier activities to support effective cost control and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and technology applications.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or related field.
  • Experience in supplier coordination, cost management, and operational improvements.
  • Familiarity with operational technology tools and systems.
  • Previous experience in a technology-driven business environment.
