Business Operations Manager (Portuguese Speaker) | $70/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI systems to execute business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate and critique AI-generated deliverables in finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Design and test business scenarios reflecting professional workflows like analysis and reporting.
• Review AI outputs for precision and adherence to Fortune 500 quality standards.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams for AI improvement.
• Annotate and escalate recurring issues to ensure AI systems meet business needs.
• Champion quality and clarity in deliverables, bridging business expertise and AI innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong relevant experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating polished business deliverables.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools or eagerness to learn in a tech-focused environment.
