Job Duties
- Serves as the lead for strategic and operational initiatives across the Clinical Division, including inpatient teams, UCB, and Community Campuses.
- Oversees projects focused on patient access, scheduling optimization, care coordination, workflow design, policy development, and staff/provider education.
- Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Drives execution of Provider Services Organization (PSO) budget and provider productivity initiatives in partnership with coding and billing teams, monitoring audit outcomes and performance trends.
- Ensures all initiatives align with divisional goals, regulatory requirements, and institutional priorities.
- Covers stakeholder communication & coordination by coordinating across interdisciplinary stakeholders, leading meetings, workgroups, and committees, and acting as a central communication hub.
- Supports change management efforts by disseminating updates, gathering stakeholder input, and facilitating adoption of new workflows and tools.
- Schedules operations & logistics by performing routine audits and maintenance of scheduling rules, coordinating timelines and logistics, and supporting planning and execution of key operational deadlines.
- Data management & reporting involves supporting development and maintenance of program metrics, performing data entry, validation, and tracking, generating reports, and collaborating with data and analytics teams.
- Documentation & program infrastructure includes developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, managing shared drives, dashboards, and tracking tools, and supporting continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of experience in project or program coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and tracking tools.
