Key Responsibilities

• Manage goal setting process and closely monitor progress, promptly identifying and addressing deviations from goals in collaboration with leadership.
• Contribute to strategic planning by defining OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Conduct research to develop informed perspectives and recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
• Ensure that every employee at the organization has access to the right information at the right time, supporting better decisions and clarity among leadership.
• Experiment, analyze, and develop recommendations that enable better business decisions.
• Play an important role in planning and building content for company-wide All-hands meetings and offsites.
• Partner with leaders throughout the organization to ensure widespread adoption of the company-wide operating system, fostering continuous improvements as the organization evolves and learns.
• Create processes that streamline knowledge sharing and best remote work practices throughout the organization.
• Become an expert with a specific knowledge management tool and help improve it as the Single Source of Truth (SSOT).
• Roll up your sleeves and help wherever there is a critical need in the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of experience with a combination of management consulting, technology investment banking, venture capital, and/or startup operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, marked by organizational prowess, proactiveness, and a commitment to rigor in work.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including effective written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Analytical thinking with a track record of utilizing data to inform business decisions.
• Quick learner who embraces the ambiguity of a startup and has a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Curiosity and fluency with AI tools and how they can improve the way work gets done. Regular experimentation, sharing of learnings, and eagerness to help shape AI adoption across the organization.
• Proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

Additional Information

For US-based employees, the cash compensation range for this role is $109,000 - $125,000. Offers vary depending on, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications/licenses, skills, training, and market conditions. Due to regulatory and security reasons, there are a small number of countries where the organization cannot have teammates based. Additionally, because the organization is an all-remote company and people can join its workforce from almost any country, visas are not sponsored. Teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.
