Glass Doctor of North Texas | Carrollton, TX Part-Time, Full-Time or Internship | $20–$25/hour If you're ambitious, curious, competitive, and hate the idea of spending your first few years in business doing the same repetitive task every day, keep reading. Glass Doctor of North Texas is looking for a Business Operations Associate to work alongside our leadership and operations teams and get hands-on exposure to what it takes to run and grow a multi-location business. This isn't a traditional administrative assistant position. You might help solve a scheduling problem Monday, work on recruiting Tuesday, analyze an operational issue Wednesday, help improve a process Thursday, and be handed a completely new project Friday. The goal is simple: learn fast, contribute quickly, and become increasingly valuable to the business. What You'll Actually Do You'll work across different parts of the company depending on priorities, including operations, customer experience, recruiting, people operations, scheduling, administration and special projects. You May Find Yourself: Identifying a problem and helping figure out how to fix itBuilding or improving a process that isn't working efficientlyHelping coordinate schedules, customers and field operationsSupporting recruiting and hiring initiativesWorking with business data, reports and operational metricsCommunicating with customers, employees and leadershipTaking ownership of projects from idea through executionJumping into whatever area of the business needs another capable person Some assignments will be clearly defined. Others May Start With: “Here's the problem. Figure out what you think we should do.” We want someone who finds that exciting. Who Will Thrive Here You don't need years of experience. We're much more interested in how you think and how you work. You'll Probably Love This Role If You're: Competitive. You like doing things well and knowing whether you're winning. Resourceful. Your first instinct when you don't know something is to figure it out. Independent. You appreciate direction, but you don't need someone standing over your shoulder. Curious. You want to understand why the business operates the way it does—not just complete your assigned task. Adaptable. Changing priorities don't throw you off. Confident. You're comfortable talking with customers, coworkers and leaders. Driven. Once you've mastered something, you want the next challenge. We don't expect you to know everything walking in. We do expect you to learn quickly, ask good questions, take feedback and progressively require less direction. Why This Role Is Different Most entry-level positions teach you one small piece of a company. This one gives you a front-row seat to the whole thing. You'll gain exposure to operations, leadership, HR, recruiting, customer service, financial decision-making, process improvement and the realities of running a growing business. You'll also work with leaders who are willing to give capable people real responsibility. If you prove you can handle something, we'll give you something harder. There is no predetermined career path attached to this role. That's intentional. Your future opportunities will depend heavily on your strengths, interests and what you prove you can do. What We're Looking For College students, recent graduates, career starters and people looking to break into business operations are encouraged to apply. Business, operations, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, supply chain or related education is helpful—but not required. What Matters More: Strong communication skillsGood judgmentOrganization and follow-throughComfort with technologyAbility to learn new systems quicklyInitiativeAccountabilityA willingness to take ownership The Details Pay: $20–$25/hour based on education and experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with possible rotating Saturdays Primary location: Carrollton, TX Additional exposure: Denton, Arlington, Colleyville and Forney locations Employment options: Part-time, full-time or internship One More Thing We're not looking for someone who simply wants a job. We're looking for someone who wants an opportunity to prove what they're capable of.
