About the role
The Business Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, handling administrative tasks, and assisting in the coordination of various business processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support the implementation of new systems and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial
