About the role

The Business Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, handling administrative tasks, and assisting in the coordination of various business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support the implementation of new systems and procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial
