We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Benefits, Job Description (maybe as a heading?), Essential Functions, Education, Work Experience, Travel Requirement Details, About CoBank (maybe includes pay range). Also we have Benefits Overview content. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). Also remove application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to decide which sections to include based on presence of real content. We have: - Benefits Overview: includes many bullet-like statements: "Time-Off Packages, 15 days of vacation, 10 paid sick days and 11 paid holidays", "Competitive Compensation & Incentive", "Hybrid work model: flexible arrangements for most positions", "Benefits Packages, including Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Disability, AD&D, and Life Insurance", "Robust associate training and development with CoBank University", "Tuition reimbursement for higher education", "Outstanding 401k: up to 6% matching and additional 3% non-elective contribution & Student Loan Match", "Community Impact: United Way Angel Day, Volunteer Day and Associate Directed Contribution", "Associate Resource Groups: creating a culture of respect and inclusion", "Recognize a fellow associate through our GEM awards". So we can create a Benefits section with

    Benefits

    and then a
      with each benefit as
    • . - Job Description: The paragraph after "Job Description" is a prose description. We'll put

      Job Description

      then

with that text. - Essential Functions: list of bullet points. We'll put

      Essential Functions

      then
      • each. - Education: bullet points: "Bachelor's Degree required", "Bachelor's degree may be substituted with four (4) years of directly related experience. Four (4) years of experience is in addition to stated experience requirements." We'll put

        Education

        then
. - Work Experience: list: "2 years of experience of combined experience in data analytics, executive support or advanced business support required", "Prior Experience with reporting and data analysis required", "Prior Experience in banking, financial services preferred", "Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a high degree of intellectual curiosity / desire to learn", "Ability to drive custom analysis and modeling in Excel and produce relevant outputs in PowerPoint with direction, to inform project planning and execution", "Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to support data-driven decisions", "Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a wide variety of tasks, in cross-functional teams and or across multiple departments", "Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (CoPilot, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)", "Occasional work outside normal business hours and limited travel may be required". We'll put

          Work Experience

          then
. - Travel Requirement Details: "Occasional Travel occurs infrequently (typically, once a month or less)." We'll put

            Travel Requirement Details

            then

. - About CoBank: includes description and also pay range. The pay range: "The typical base pay range for this role is between $81,500 - $93,200. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance. The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. This job will be posted for a minimum of five (5) business days or until the position is filled. CoBank reserves the right to adjust compensation for all positions and to modify or discontinue benefits programs at any time in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law." Then description of CoBank. We need to decide if we should split Pay and About CoBank. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Also "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD') and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state pay range, so we could create a Pay section. However we also have Benefits section already. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and About CoBank into one section maybe "About CoBank and Compensation". But the heading must be from the list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They gave examples but not strict; they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings or similar. We have Benefits already. For Pay we could use

            Pay

. For About CoBank we could use

            About CoBank

(not in list but maybe okay). However they said use those as examples; we can still use other headings if needed? Safer to stick to given examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Benefits. We have Job Description (maybe Responsibilities). Essential Functions could be Responsibilities. Education and Work Experience could be Qualifications/Requirements. Travel Requirement Details maybe Schedule? Not exactly. But we could create sections: Responsibilities (Job Description + Essential Functions), Qualifications (Education + Work Experience + Travel), Benefits, Pay, About CoBank (maybe as About the role?). However "About the role" could be the job description summary. But we already have Responsibilities. Let's think. We need to preserve all substantive information. We can create multiple sections as needed, but prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. However we have distinct categories: Benefits, Job Description, Essential Functions, Education, Work Experience, Travel Requirement Details, About CoBank (including pay). That's many sections. Could combine some. We could do: - Benefits (as is) - Responsibilities (Job Description + Essential Functions) - Qualifications (Education + Work Experience + Travel Requirement Details) - Pay (the pay range and incentive info) - About CoBank (company description) That's 5 sections. That seems reasonable. We must not create sections with filler. Each has real content. Now we need to format. Benefits: list items as described. Responsibilities: combine the Job Description paragraph and Essential Functions bullet list. Could put Job Description as

            then

for Essential Functions. Qualifications: combine Education, Work Experience, Travel Requirement Details. Could have

              Qualifications

then sub-sections? But we can just list all items in a single
maybe with headings inside? Better to keep separate
for each category? But we can just put
with all items; but some items are sentences not bullet-like? They are bullet-like. We'll just put each as
                  • . Might be long but okay. Pay: include base pay range, discretionary annual incentive, note about accuracy, posting duration, right to adjust compensation, modify benefits. That's substantive. About CoBank: description of CoBank (the paragraphs about cooperative bank, services, Farm Credit System, headquarters, etc). Also note about reasonable accommodation? That's boilerplate EEO/legal; we should remove that. Also remove "REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION" etc. Also remove "Applicants must be authorized to work..." etc. Also remove "CoBank is an Equal Opportunity Employer." So we keep only the descriptive paragraphs about CoBank. Let's extract About CoBank text: "CoBank is a cooperative bank serving vital industries across rural America. The bank provides loans, leases, export financing and other financial services to agribusinesses and rural power, water and communications providers in all 50 states. The bank also provides wholesale loans and other financial services to affiliated Farm Credit associations serving more than 76,000 farmers, ranchers and other rural borrowers in 23 states around the country. CoBank is a member of the Farm Credit System, a nationwide network of banks and retail lending associations chartered to support the borrowing needs of U.S. agriculture, rural infrastructure and rural communities. Headquartered outside Denver, Colorado, CoBank serves customers from regional banking centers across the U.S. and also maintains an international representative office in Singapore." We should keep that as

. Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "This job will be posted for a minimum of five (5) business days or until the position is filled." That's in Pay section? Actually that is in the Pay/company section after pay range. It's about posting duration; could be considered part of Pay? It's not pay but maybe we can include in Pay section as a note. It's substantive. We'll include it. Now we need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
