About the role
You will help drive the strategy, governance, and operational excellence behind AI, data, and quantitative research. You will support the onboarding and coordination of external AI and data vendors, partner with Data Science and Quantitative teams to oversee proof-of-concept programs, and advocate for the infrastructure that enables research innovation.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and coordination of external AI and data vendors
- Partner with Data Science and Quantitative teams to oversee proof-of-concept programs
- Advocate for the infrastructure that enables research innovation
- Support the development and guidance of structured data products
- Organize research outputs such as models, signals, and datasets
- Ensure robust oversight of data usage, entitlements, and client access
- Work across a broad stakeholder network to ensure that research data and insights are governed, packaged, and distributed efficiently to maximize business impact
Requirements
- Evaluative and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize information and ensure priorities effectively
- Remarkable attention to detail, particularly in tracking, reporting, data management, and governance-related activities
- Confirmed ability to guide multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data evaluation, reporting, and presentation development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Qualifications

Pay
Minimum Salary: $105,000
Maximum Salary: $130,000
