Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial role at a real-estate agency or insurance company
• Extensive knowledge of insurance products
• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or equivalent through experience
• Strong, polished communication skills
• Proven negotiation ability
• Good organizational skills
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

About the role

You will act as the natural point of contact for ADD colleagues and advise management, working fully independently to meet set objectives. You take initiative and place the customer and their needs at the center of everything you do.
