We are looking for a Business Manager to join our Nucar Norwood, MA sales teams. In this role, you will offer vehicle financing, service contracts, and aftermarket products, providing a thorough explanation of these products and services.
Responsibilities
- Offer vehicle financing, service contracts, and aftermarket products
- Ensure profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain an understanding of federal and state guidelines governing the finance operation
- Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and lending institutions
Requirements
- Two years of automotive sales experience and/or one year in a dealership management position
- An understanding of federal and state guidelines governing the finance operation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
