Business Management Trainee

The Role

We are looking for ambitious individuals with a strong work ethic to join our Business Management Trainee team in the new year!

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-15 individuals: Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service, developing sales and marketing strategies, hiring and developing new employees, and reviewing ongoing performance assessments.
• Successfully negotiate his/her way through our rigorous and highly selective training program with an emphasis on customer service and sales
• Master the business on the front line Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, sales promo’s, increasing incremental revenue and building a loyal clientele
• Recommend appropriate corrective action when necessary holding yourself and team accountable for sales production and quality
• Full knowledge of appropriate systems and procedures with help from Business Management Trainee team
• Recognize and respond to performance flaws with honest and direct communication to improve sales margins and increase customer retention

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership and management experience
• 1-2 years Customer service or sales experience
• Must enjoy training, developing, mentoring, and motivating others.
• Able to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listening skills and the ability to be resourceful and versatile to adapt quickly to all types of individuals.
• High-levels of integrity, strong work ethic, responsible, and positive outlook
