Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic business initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Work closely with senior managers to coordinate projects and monitor progress against objectives.

  • Create comprehensive reports, client-facing materials, and executive presentations.
  • Attend client discussions, planning meetings, and strategic briefings.
  • Track project deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Partner with various departments to align efforts and achieve company targets.
  • Interpret data to uncover insights, patterns, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to promotional strategies, branding activities, and campaign execution.
  • Provide support with financial planning, forecasting, and budget reviews.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients.
  • Build foundational expertise in business processes, leadership, and management practices.
  • Absorb and assist with training and integration of new hires when required.
  • Engage in professional development programs and internal team initiatives.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational capabilities.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-driven setting.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Enthusiastic mindset with a readiness to embrace new opportunities.
  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in a business setting is beneficial.
  • Foundational understanding of budgeting and financial analysis concepts.
